I finally have some time to reflect on the 2016 LeaderEx conference at the Sandton Convention Center.
The Future Of Work featured prominently, with 7 Sessions featuring 28 thought leaders from 28 different South African companies giving their insights on the impact of the 4th Industrial Revolution on South African business.
All I can say is, fasten your seat-belts, business is in for one hell of a ride in the next 4 years as we play catchup with the rest of the world.
ANY business that does not develop a sound roadmap - as a matter of urgency - to become a true digital business is going to be left behind. Any individual that does not have a personal roadmap to remain relevant is going to be left behind. It's that serious.
