Some news just in from Ireland. Legislation on the horizon giving employees the right to request remote work
This enlightened legislation will eventually spread around the globe. The message is clear to leadership teams, use the lessons learnt from the 2020 pandemic lockdowns to make flexible and remote working a permanent feature of your workplace in 2021.

“Change before you have to” is my repeated refrain.
