I'm the founder of FutureWork IQ where I spend my time assisting businesses to improve their climate literacy so as to understand the projected impacts from the expanding climate crisis and how to adapt their workplaces in the face of these impacts.

If we take the science seriously (which we should) then we know that our current trajectory is completely unsustainable and we are heading at breakneck speed to a global catastrophe.

What is becoming VERY obvious is that we need a complete system change in order for us to stand a remote chance of warding off disaster. Business as usual is not going to get us there.

What does a complete system change look like? This is a great read (How localization can solve climate change) exploring some ideas on how we could do this.
