This is the question we are asked most often by those forced into remote working by the pandemic and who are experiencing a fraying culture.
The answer is intentionally.
Now, the teams that have been working remotely for decades have mastered the art and in many cases have documented their best practices.
But I find the Hopin experience fascinating because essentially they are new at this having been founded in 2019 and having grown dramatically during 2020/21.
