Don’t underestimate the massive changes afoot

I have attended several Clubhouse rooms over the last while where the conversations centered around the future of so many things:

Workplaces
Events
Training
Offices
Remote work
Cites
Travel
Hospitality

Etc.

Almost EVERYTHING has been impacted by the pandemic and our response to it. Granted many things were undergoing change already prior to this event, but without question, this global health crisis has been an accelerant.

Leaders should be thinking about these shifts and what they mean for their businesses and teams.

There are some things we are NOT going back to and the question is are we evolving our businesses fast enough to stay relevant in this RAPIDLY changing world?
