En-ROADS climate simulator as a climate literacy tool

Climate Literacy is fast becoming a very necessary workplace skill, a skill which every team member must have. As a result of the sheer magnitude of the task at hand, this skill can no longer be confined to the sustainability department.

Every single decision that a business makes must have as a cornerstone a clear understanding of the impact that particular decision will have on carbon emissions.

At FutureWork IQ we were looking for an interactive tool that we could use to help teams improve their climate literacy as part of our Climate Solutions Workshop and were delighted to discover the En-ROADS simulator created and supported by the team at Climate Interactive
