I'm the founder of FutureWork IQ where I spend my time assisting businesses to improve their climate literacy so as to understand the projected impacts from the expanding climate crisis and how to adapt their workplaces in the face of these impacts.

It has been fascinating listening to some senior executives articulate their views on anywhere work.

For example:

“While [most companies are] analyzing their space needs, they’re also taking into account the implications of requiring their entire workforce to work remotely, critical factors such as company culture, collaboration, social interaction, productivity and work/life balance are going to continue to drive demand for a physical office environment.” (Source: Many offices still empty as employees continue to work remotely, employers remain cautions)

So a couple of things.

Having a strong company culture does not require a physical office

Collaboration and social interaction does not require a physical office

Productivity and work/life balance definitely does not require a physical office

How do we know this? Because there are companies that have successfully proven all the above to be true.

When you have a well designed office in the cloud all of the above needs will be met. Those organizations that understand this are going to leapfrog their workplaces into much smarter more efficient ways of working.

Will you be one of them?
