Climate Resilience

Any business (or individual) that does not prioritize building resilience in the face of the unfolding climate crisis, as a matter of urgency, is being highly irresponsible.

One area that requires consideration is how to function as an organization in the face of reduced reliance on fossil fuel driven transportation. (eg daily office commutes & regular air travel)

It’s clear that virtual teams will play a crucial role in the near future as certain modes of transport (eg air travel) is curtailed by legislation to reduce emissions.

Having the ability to function as an efficient virtual team is going to be a crucial business skill to acquire near-term.

Do you have a strategy around this?
