Top risks
We have all experienced the painful reality of being caught off guard by this pandemic.

It’s important to know that the risk of a global pandemic has been known and highlighted often before January 2020. Many however chose to simply ignore that or were blissfully unaware that it was even a risk! Also the risk of future pandemics, more deadly than this one, remains a very real possibility. However, there are also other major disruptive risks coupled to that possibility as highlighted in the image above.

The question is how can you prepare for those – NOW?

Considering what we likely have to face next it would be extremely prudent to use this experience to reinvent your business so it can better cope with what is on the risk horizon.

Just going back to “normal” would be a giant mistake.

PREDICTION: The businesses that put in the effort to learn the skills of being able to work just as effectively from anywhere as in-person – meaning experiencing no hiccups in communication and collaboration or innovation – will be way more resilient than those that don’t.

If there was ever a time to change before being forced to its now.
