A recent study by the Conference Board found that 77% of organizations predict an increase in remote working following the pandemic.

working from home

The remote work genie is without question out the bottle.

However, there is lots of work to be done as this study shows. It’s one thing to be forced, at very short notice into a remote work setting and making the best of the situation, to making this way of working more permanent.

All successful remote work workplaces are created by DESIGN – meaning everything that makes it successful is put in place intentionally and by design. There are LOTS of boxes that need to be ticked.

Now would be the time to make sure that this way of working is formalized so that you can reap the benefits of a reimagined workplace.

Smart leadership teams will use this opportunity to leapfrog their businesses into the future.
