So is in-person working better?

Traditional in-person leadership teams consistently say in-person working is more effective.

To which my comment is always “so how do you explain how the very successful office-less teams function?”

The truth is with the right skills it is possible to be a highly effective location independent business.

You just have to learn how. If they can do it so can you.
