Remote Work SA

61% – no remote work after pandemic
38% – will allow remote work after pandemic

Comments from Prof Raj Choudhury, Harvard Business School on this South African data:

“The 38% who will be allowing #remotework post-pandemic will become the talent magnets and will ultimately win the talent war.”

I couldn’t agree more!

The formal economy is splitting in two as we speak, those who do the work to design and deploy digital workplaces allowing for anywhere working achieving what I call “physical office escape velocity” and those who don’t.

The end result of these two strategies is going to be startling. The most successful companies of the future will be location independent, work from anywhere organizations.

Which trajectory will you follow?
