The new normal — no office

Most startups going forward will be office-less. As a result they will be able to scale faster, have access to a global talent pool, be more agile and move faster than any physical office bound business.

My billion-pound company has no office

For any incumbents to compete against these office-less companies they will HAVE TO evolve their workplaces or simply be left behind.

The truth is, the most successful companies of the future will be totally location independent.
