This is exactly how hybrid workplaces fail

COMMENT: The collapse of hybrid workplaces will be caused by the creation of a two-tier workplace, resulting in two “communication apps” – the office and the app remote workers use (eg Slack, Teams etc.) These two are NOT interoperable.

If your goal is to create “FOMO for not coming in” best you not offer the “hybrid option” as anyone not at the office will, guaranteed, quickly become a second class employee and be out the loop.

Most hybrid workplaces will fail for this exact reason.
