Some organizations have used the pandemic to achieve physical office “escape velocity.” As such they are able to hire talent anywhere in the world – no relocation required, with payroll logistics handled by Remote for example. Others have been location independent for decades prior to the pandemic.

It’s clear who the top talent magnets will be.
